  Very bad experience here. That rude staff made me cry, and then she told me it was my fault??? I have never met someone so arrogant and rude, constantly giving attitude and making faces at customers.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. I rarely try to go here, never ending queues, and after you wait forever to be served, they always have an issue with their systems and you have to go somewhere else to sort out your parcel. Just don’t offer the service if you cannot provide it. Absolutely frustrating, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

  Honestly the worst post office in the area. SO unprofessional. Every time I go in they are talking amongst one another rather than serving the customers. (It seems to be the same person that we are all complaining about - see previous reviews) Impolite and unhelpful. I literally avoid going to this branch if I can. It speaks volumes that I felt the need to leave a review.

  I went to the post office to send off a bunch of parcels but for some reason this woman with the black curly hair with a lot of make-up on her face she has so much attitude like every time I go there to send parcels she just gives me attitude like I done something bad when I haven’t literally done anything but and the customer service is absolutely terrible. You go in there to send one parcel and every single time I go I have to wait like 30 minutes or 20 minutes queue like why I think that’s very unnecessary, and I think the staff are very unprofessional, especially the one of the curly hair and the one of the long black hair with the big nose as well those two staff members have so much attitude and they’re very frustrating to talk to while sending the parcel, however the other staff members are fine and they’re completely professional. I just feel like they need to fix this problem every single time you send something in the post office you have to wait a good 30 to 20 minutes and I think that’s unacceptable. They should have a separate section to send parcels and a separate section to do the other stuff with a letter I just quickly want to say if you’re gonna take my review seriously please can you have a word with that woman of the curly hair? I think she’s on her period or something I don’t Know.
